Electrostatically Conductive Resin Flooring System.
- Topcoat Anti Static system is used to provide protection against damage
caused by the build up of static electricity.
- Static electricity can damage electronic components and electronic
instrumentation.
- Static electricity can also provide a spark which can result in a fire where
flammable liquids are handled.
Applying the Anti-Static system consists of five steps:
- Concrete sub floor is prepared by
dust free shot blasting or diamond grinding.

- Conductive Primer AS is applied
- Copper earthing strips are attached every 10 metres, these are then attached
to plant earthing system
- Epoxy screed Topcoat 2000 AS
is applied using a notched trowel.
- Decorative flake can be applied – optional
