Topcoat Flake system is a hard wearing decorative Epoxy resin floor screed suitable for use in most environments.
Topcoat Flake is hygienic and easy to clean and comes in a large range
of background colours and flakes.
Applying the Topcoat Flake System consists of four steps:
- Concrete subfloor is prepared by dust free shot blasting or diamond grinding.
- Epoxy high-penetration Primer 2000 is applied.
- Self levelling Epoxy screed Topcoat 2000 is applied.
- Flakes are then applied

Screed Colours:
Battleship Grey (dark Grey), Gunmetal Grey (light Grey).

Sand Yellow, Tomato Red, Tile Red.
Flake Colours:
White, Red, Blue, Gold, Black,
Mixing colours can create special effects.
