3-4 mm Anti-Slip Epoxy Screed with Decorative Flake.
Topcoat Hygiene is specially designed for use in commercial
food preparation and storage areas.
It is a seamless hygienic Epoxy self levelling screed with an anti-slip textured finish.
The system can be coved at floor to wall joint to provide an easy clean finish.
The system consists of:
- Concrete subfloor is prepared by dust free shot blasting or diamond grinding.
- Epoxy high-penetration Topcoat Primer 2000 is applied.
- An Epoxy scratch coat is trowelled onto the floor to remove surface
imperfections. This consists of a mix of epoxy Primer 2000 and
Quartz aggregate.
- Self levelling Epoxy screed Topcoat 2000 is applied in selected colour.
- Coloured decorative flake is applied.
- Clear anti-slip textured finish is applied.

Mixing colours can create special effects.
